IPL 2026 Match List: The history of the Indian Premier League is 19 years old, RCB has also become the champion. Hard to believe, but this is true and IPL 2026 is going to bring a new thrill for cricket fans. The next season is starting from 28th March. The date of the final has not been revealed yet because BCCI had released the schedule of only the first 20 matches. See here when and where all these matches will be played.

The first match of IPL 2026 will be played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad on 28 March. Since RCB is the defending champion, the first match of the season will be played at its home ground M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

According to reports, the remaining schedule is to be announced this week. It is being told that the schedule of 54 more matches is yet to be revealed for IPL 2026. The final can be played on 31 May. The final match can be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Let us tell you that the format of IPL 2026 is going to remain the same as before. In the league stage, each team will play 14 matches and the teams finishing in the top 4 of the points table will qualify for the playoffs.
