Muslim MPs of Indian National Congress and Samajwadi Party have reacted to the attack on Iran by America and Israel. Samajwadi Party MP from Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, Mohibullah Nadvi said that Israel has violated international law and the entire world is mourning the martyrdom of an influential religious leader.
He said that the month of Ramadan is going on, so people are still patient, but this patience may end one day. He alleged that in the brutality with which humanity was killed, 150 girls living in a hostel were martyred. He also said that talk of any conspiracy against Islam is meaningless, because Islam has never been destroyed and will never be.
What did Imran Masood say on Iran?
Meanwhile, Congress MP from Saharanpur Imran Masood said that India has been with Iran since the beginning and supporting Iran in India’s foreign policy is nothing new. He said that the country may have to suffer the consequences of the current incidents. According to him, oil prices will increase, inflation will increase and prices of everyday items will also be affected.
Imran Masood further said that the death of Ali Khamenei is a lesson for the world. He said that today it happened with Khamenei, it happened with Nicolas Maduro and tomorrow it can happen with anyone. He alleged that it seems as if America has got a free hand to target whomever it wants, wherever it wants, whenever it wants. He raised the question that when India calls itself a world leader, can it not even say a few words of condolence on the death of its friend and why is there this fear and panic.
