Netanyahu can calm down in a call – Araghchi
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi wrote in a post on X on Monday- “Only one phone call from Washington is enough to calm Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu.” He clearly said that this call can not only stop the conflict, but can also open the way for the return of diplomacy.
If Israel does not stop, retaliation will continue
Araghchi also said that if US President Donald Trump really believes in diplomacy and is interested in the ceasefire, he will have to take further steps carefully and decisively. He warned that if the aggression of Israel is not completely closed, Iran will continue its retaliation.
Iran pleads with Gulf countries
Iran, intensifying the ceasefire’s efforts, appealed to Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman to contact US President Donald Trump and pressurize Israel to immediately get ready for the ceasefire. According to the Reuters report, sources in two Iranians and three Gulf region said that Iran has indicated that if steps are taken towards the ceasefire, it is ready to show a relaxation in nuclear dialogue. This initiative indicates possible changes in regional diplomacy.
Trump’s sharp statement
Taking a tough stance on Iran, Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social, “Iran should have signed the agreement only when I said. It is very embarrassing and there is a huge waste of human life.” Trump reiterated that “Iran cannot get nuclear weapons under any circumstances”. He also warned all the countries that “Everyone should leave Tehran immediately”.
