Iran israel conflict: AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi has drew attention to an important issue amidst the ongoing Iran-Israeli struggle in the Middle East. He informed through a tweet on Saturday that 1,595 Indian students are stranded in Iran, out of which 140 medical students are studying at Tehran University. Apart from this, 183 Indian devotees are also in crisis in Iraq.

Owaisi said that he has approached Anand Prakash, Joint Secretary (PAI), Ministry of External Affairs and has also shared complete information about all Indian citizens trapped there. He gave Foreign Minister Dr. S.K. Jayashankar has appealed to Iran to start a campaign to evacuate Indian people immediately. Owaisi has also appealed to the Chief Minister’s Office of Telangana for a safe return of students and devotees belonging to Telangana.
