A few hours after this attack, Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi gave a strong reaction. Condemning these attacks, he said that Iran will give a heavy response to this action. He said that Israel has targeted two big steel factories, a power plant and nuclear bases of Iran.
Araghchi also criticized Donald Trump and said that these attacks took place at a time when the time for diplomatic talks was extended. According to him, this attack is against peace efforts. The IDF has also confirmed these attacks. He said that under Operation Rising Lion, Iran’s Arak Heavy Water Plant and a uranium storage facility in Yazd were targeted.
Israel says that these bases could have been used to prepare the materials needed to make nuclear weapons. For this reason they were targeted. According to Iranian state media, steel companies located in Isfahan and Khuzestan have also been attacked. An attack occurred on a power facility at the Mobarekeh Steel Plant in Isfahan, killing one person and injuring 15.

Many people injured in Israeli attack
A steel company in Khuzestan has also been damaged in the Israeli attack and 16 employees there have been injured. Apart from this, a mine in Firozabad, a cement factory in Khairabad and a warehouse at Mashhad Airport were also targeted. After these incidents, war has increased in the entire region and the possibility of peace talks may also be affected.
