According to Trump, Iran had initially promised to give 8 ships, but later a total of 10 oil ships were given. He said that this step was taken to show confidence. Iran has limited the movement of ships that are connected to the US or Israel, while ships from some other countries are being allowed to pass. This includes countries like India, Russia, China and Pakistan.
