There are continuous reports about RCP Singh, who is close to CM Nitish Kumar, that he may join JDU. A few days ago, RCP Singh had also given his reaction on this. Meanwhile, Bihar government minister Shravan Kumar has given a big statement. On Wednesday (January 21, 2026), Shravan Kumar told the journalists about RCP Singh that we do not know that he is coming, but keep watching on TV, so no one goes to any party just because it is on TV.

Shravan Kumar said, “Till yesterday, he was telling Nitish Kumar that he is ill, his health is bad, he is not fit for any work, he is not doing anything. The leader of the party to which he has joined (Prashant Kishore) was saying that if JDU gets even 25 seats, then we will consider it a big thing and I will retire from politics… So why do the people of Sanyasi Party need Nitish Kumar?”

‘What is the need of such people…’

He further said, “Till yesterday they were retiring and finishing Nitish Kumar… and today what is the need that they want to come with Nitish Kumar.” On this, journalists asked whether the party’s door is open or closed for RCP Singh? Responding to this, Shravan Kumar said that big leaders will decide whether the door is open or closed, but what is the need of such people?

On behalf of the journalists, Shravan Kumar was told that RCP Singh is saying that when did we separate. To this the minister replied, “When did he join BJP? After BJP, he formed his own party… After this, when his shop was no longer viable, Jan Suraj joined the party. Today, when Nitish Kumar’s party got 85 seats, NDA got 202 seats, his party (Jan Suraj) did not get success, then now they are saying all kinds of things. Which ideology should they join Nitish Kumar to run the leader who was trying to finish?” Want?”
