Both India and Pakistan are nuclear -rich countries. But India is more powerful and developed than Pakistan. In fact, there was an agreement between India and Pakistan on 31 December 1988, which is in force from 27 January 1991. Under this agreement, on January 1, about the nuclear installations coming to India-Pakistan, on January 1, and share the list with each other.

What is the purpose of agreement

This was the first time in January 1992. The real purpose of this agreement is that any country will neither destroy each other’s atomic establishments and facilities nor attack for the purpose of harming. This agreement states what will be involved in nuclear installations and facilities. This will include all the establishments of nuclear power power plants, uranium enrichments, research reactors, isotope separation and fuel fabrication as well as all the establishments where nuclear power is being used or has a radio-active material.

Nuclear policy of India and Pakistan

India announced its nuclear policy of no first use in the year 1999. According to this, India will never use its nuclear weapons before. It will be used only when someone will use his nuclear weapon on India. But Pakistan has no such policy. It depends only on Pakistan when, how, how and under what circumstances will they use their weapons.
