According to many reports, despite the bitterness between Trump and Musk, inviting him to the state dinner was a strategic decision. Many reasons were given for this.

2. Big Tech Deals: In this phase, deals worth more than 1 trillion dollars are being discussed, in which the tech sector is prominent. In such a situation, Musk’s presence represents America’s tech industry.
3. America’s soft power: According to experts, Trump wanted to strengthen his credibility at the global level through this event. Therefore, the presence of big names like Musk and football star Cristiano Ronaldo made the dinner more high-profile.
