Israel Iran War News: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) president Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly condemned the Israeli attack on Iran and described it as a serious threat to regional stability. In a tweet on Friday (13 June 2025), Bilawal said, “I strongly condemn the unprocessed attack on Iran, resulting in a loss of tragic life and property and it is a serious threat to regional stability. My heartfelt condolences to the Iranian people in this difficult time.”
He said, “We call all responsible countries and the United Nations to work towards collectively reducing stress and maintaining international law. So that peace and safety can dominate the aggression and struggle.”
Pakistan also strongly condemned Israeli attack
Pakistan strongly condemned Israel’s attacks on Iran on Friday and called it “unfair”. Israel targeted Iran’s nuclear program and carried out attacks on the country’s capital on Friday morning in which prominent military commanders and nuclear scientists were killed. The Pakistan Foreign Office said in a statement that Israeli military attacks have violated Iran’s sovereignty and regional integrity. Also, they clearly violate the United Nations Charter and Fundamental Principles of International Law.

Israeli PM’s statement
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday described the Israeli attack targeting Iran’s nuclear installations and senior commanders as “a very successful initial attack”. Israel on Friday launched ‘Operation Rising Lion’ to attack Iran’s nuclear, missile and military complex. Several Iran’s major military commanders and nuclear scientists were killed in this attack.
