The first trial of Mission Gaganyaan to send humans to the country’s first space will be done by the end of this year. The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has started preparations for this. Earlier this trial mission was to be done at the end of the previous year and in March this year.

ISRO Chairman, V Narayanan said that from October this year, three -crucified space missions will be tried. This will be followed by two crew trial missions. The country’s first Astronaut will fly in an orbital space flight in 2027. With the success of this mission, India will become the fourth country in the world to send Human Mission in Space. Group Captain Prasanth Balakrishnan Nair, Ajit Krishna and Angad Pratap as well as Wing Commander Shubanshu Shukla have been selected as Astronauts for Gaganyaan Mission.

Narayanan said that before the launch of Gaganyaan, in June this year, an Indian Astronaut will be part of the crew going to the International Space Station (ISS). This will give the Indian astronaut experience to understand and experiment in space. He said, “There has been a lot of progress about this mission. Ground infrastructure is being prepared for this. Training of astronauts is in the final stages.”

Recently, the central government approved ISRO for the Chandrayaan-5 mission. This mission can provide important information about the atmosphere and other conditions on the moon. India aims to send a human mission on the moon by 2040. Around 350 kg of rover can be used in Chandrayaan-5 mission. Japan’s cooperation will also be taken in this mission. Earlier ISRO has started preparations for the Chandrayaan-4 mission. In this mission, samples from the moon will be collected and brought to the earth. Last year, the Chandrayaan-4 mission was approved by the government. ISRO’s Chandrayaan-3 mission was successful. Some important information related to the moon was obtained from this mission. The total load of Chandrayaan-4 will be around 9,200 kg. This is more than doubled compared to Chandrayaan-3. Due to its high size, the use of two launch vehicle mark-III (LVM 3) rockets will be necessary.
