Former MLA Irfan Solanki has also shared a video message regarding this on his social media handle X.

Former MLA told the usefulness of SIR

After its formation, there are government schemes, whatever rights have been given to you, you will get all those rights. If your name is not in the voter list, you will not be able to choose the leader of your choice.
‘SIR identity as Indian’
The SP leader further said, “All over Kanpur, Samajwadi Party people are sitting in their camps. If you are facing difficulty in filling the SIR form, then take their help and get your respective forms filled and submit them to the BLO. Also, take receipt of the form submission from the BLO and take their number, SIR is the identity of all of us as Indians.
MLA Naseem Solanki appealed
At the same time, Irfan Solanki’s wife and Sisamau MLA Naseem Solanki has said, “Take the issue of SIR seriously. Do not ignore the forms received from the BLO.
