Actually, when CJ Roy committed this incident, a raid by the Income Tax (IT) Department was going on in his office. The department officials were making inquiries in the company’s office. Let us tell you that the Income Tax (IT) Department had conducted raids against Confident Group in December 2025 last year. After which today on Friday (January 30, 2026) further inquiry was going on in his office itself. Meanwhile, company owner CJ Roy went to his office room and committed suicide by shooting himself.

According to the information, when company owner CJ Roy shot himself in his office room, no Income Tax Department official was present in his room. Although officials were present in his office building, but not in that room.
CJ Roy under stress due to continuous action!
According to Ashok Nagar police station in Bengaluru, CJ Roy, chairman of Confident Group, associated with the real estate and consumer sector, was in a lot of trouble and stress due to the continuous action and repeated raids by the Income Tax Department. During the department’s raid, some aspects related to his wealth disproportionate to his known sources of income are being claimed to have come to light. Meanwhile, his suicide surprised everyone.
