Where did Jackie and Madhuri meet for the first time?
Madhuri Dixit told in the show that her first meeting with Jackie Shroff was on the sets of the film Karma. At that time she was doing a small song in the film. Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor were sitting in a corner on the set and watching him. Madhuri said that she was new in the industry at that time, hence she was very nervous.
Jackie Shroff told that he first heard about Madhuri from famous choreographer Saroj Khan. Saroj Khan had told director Subhash Ghai that Madhuri is a very beautiful and brilliant dancer. Jackie said that even today he is inspired by Madhuri’s talent.

Later in the episode, Kapil Sharma asked Madhuri Dixit if any actor has ever felt nervous romancing her. On this Jackie Shroff immediately admitted that he himself was such an actor. Jackie said, ‘I used to feel shy while doing romantic scenes with Madhuri. I was not used to it. The film is shot like real life, some emotions are in the heart, it is not easy to show them suddenly on the screen. When she speaks, it is very difficult to talk or sing by looking into her eyes.
Jackie further said, ‘She is very beautiful and expressive. She is so engrossed in her character that if it is a romantic film, she gets completely lost in the romance. At the same time, Madhuri Dixit also praised Jackie Shroff and said, ‘There is a simplicity and purity in his personality. He is a very innocent and down to earth person. Madhuri also recalled that the film Devdas was their last film together.
