Jacqueline fernandez money laundering case: Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez has suffered a major setback from the Delhi High Court. The Delhi High Court has rejected the petition of Jacqueline who challenged the FIR and charge sheet lodged by the investigating agency ED in the money laundering case.
The investigating agency ED has accused actress Jacqueline in the case of money laundering related to the fraud of 200 crores associated with Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Along with this, the ED has said in its charge sheet filed in the court that despite knowing about Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s criminal activities, Jacqueline was taking expensive gifts, jewelery, etc.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandes filed in her petition filed in the Delhi High Court demanded not only the FIR of the ED. Rather, the order of taking cognizance of the charge sheet on behalf of the lower court was also challenged. He had demanded from the court that the legal process initiated against him should be stopped. And all the allegations against him are false and baseless.
Jacqueline accused Sukesh of implicating
In the petition filed in the Delhi High Court, Jacqueline alleged that Sukesh Chandrashekhar and Aditi Singh had framed with them. Jacqueline says she was targeted under a conspiracy. He made it clear that he has nothing to do with money laundering and Sukesh deliberately targeted him. Jacqueline also said that there is no truth in Sukesh’s claim in which she said that both of them were in a relationship.
What is the whole matter?
The case came to light in the year 2021 when a money laundering case was registered against Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who carried out a big scam from Tihar Jail. In this case, it is alleged that 200 crore rupees were cheated.
Later, it was found in investigation that Sukesh also used this amount to give expensive gifts to many celebrities in which Jacqueline Fernandes’s name came out prominently. According to the ED investigation, Jacqueline received many expensive gifts from Sukesh, which was priced in crores.
