Jammu kashmir terrorist attack: Some terrorists attacked tourists in Pahalgam in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. According to sources, 2 to 3 attackers were in police uniform. The terrorists targeted the tourist and started firing on it, in which two people died and many others were injured. Additional Quick Reaction Team of CRPF has been deployed at the scene regarding Pahalgam terror attack.
Pakistan’s hand in Pahalgam attack
According to sources, Pakistan has a hand in this attack. In this terrorist incident, Tanjim is expected to have TRF (the resistant front). According to the police, the sounds of bullets were heard in the Basaron Valley of Pahalgam. The attackers started firing indiscriminately at tourists enjoying horse riding in the Basaron grassland.
Mehbooba Mufti condemned the attack
Mehbooba Mufti, former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and chief of People’s Democratic Party, has strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. He posted on X and wrote, “I strongly condemn the cowardly attack on tourists in Pahalgam, in which tourists died and many were injured. Such violence is unacceptable and should be condemned.”

On the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir leader Altaf Thakur said, “Pakistan does not want tourism in Kashmir. This attack is not only on tourists and local people, but also on the economy of Jammu and Kashmir. This attack is an attack on local people and their livelihood. It may be that Pakistan wants to disrupt the Amarnath Yatra this year.”
The injured are being evacuated from the helicopter
A helicopter has been engaged to remove the injured. The locals brought some of the injured on their mules and brought them down. 12 injured tourists have been admitted to the hospital and the condition of all is stable. This incident has happened at a time when after battling terrorism for years, there is a huge increase in the number of tourists in Kashmir.
