The result of JEE Advanced 2025, considered the most prestigious examination in the world of engineering, has finally been declared. IIT Kanpur on Sunday released the rank list of toppers along with exam results. This time Rajit Gupta has topped the entire country and achieved Air-1.

Like every year, this time also the rank list has been prepared separately according to different categories, gender and zone. This list of toppers once again proved that any place can be found with hard work and dedication.

These promising students joined the top 10

This year, students who have made place in the top 10 of JEE Advanced. Among them, Rajit Gupta secured the first place, while Saksham Jindal in second place after him, Majid Mujahid Hussain at the third, Partha Mandar Vartak on the fourth, and Ujjwal Kesari in fifth place.
Apart from this, Akshat Kumar Chaurasia, Sahil Mukesh Dev, Devesh Pankaj Bhaiya, Arnav Singh and Walmudi Lokesh are also included in the top 10.

Way to fix rank

The total marks obtained by students in JEE Advanced have been made the basis for making rank list. If two or more students have the same marks, a tie-break policy is implemented between them. In this, priority is given to those with better scores in mathematics, physics and chemistry.

List of category wise toppers

In the open category, Ved Lahoti has topped 355 marks and is from IIT Delhi Zone. Raghav Sharma at GEN-GH, Macha Baladitya in OBC-NCL, Bibaswan Vishwas in SC, Sumukh MG Topper in ST. At the same time, Chunchikala Shricharan under CRL-PWD in Divyang category, Gunda Joshmita in Gen-Swag, Partha Bawankule in OBC-NCL-PWD, Hemant Godway in SC-PWD and Sangye Norfel Sherpa in ST-PWD have topped.

Gender wise toppers

While Ved Lahoti (355 marks, IIT Delhi) achieved AIR-1 in the men’s category, the best performance in the women’s category was done by Dharmeshkumar Patel (360 marks, IIT Bombay). He has topped girls all over the country and has achieved All India Rank-7.

Zone wise performance

Dwija Patel from IIT Bombay Zone, Aritra Malhotra from IIT Delhi, Archita Banka from IIT Guwahati, Shrestha Gupta from IIT Kanpur, Tamanna Kumari from IIT Bhubaneswar and Srinithya Devraj from IIT Madras have performed well.
