There is good news for the youth preparing for a government job. Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) has issued an official notification for recruitment in many posts. If you want to work in the field related to IT sector, Hindi typing or engineering, then this opportunity can be special for you. JNPA has invited applications for IT Professional, Hindi Typist, Hindi Translator, Field Engineer, VTS operator and many other posts.
A total of 21 posts will be filled under this recruitment campaign. The application process has been kept offline. Interested and eligible candidates can send their application forms by July 22, 2025. You can get all the necessary information related to the application and the method of filling the form from JNPA’s official website jnport.gov.in.
Which posts are vacant?
- IT Professional – 2 posts
- IT Support Executive – 2 posts
- Hindi Typist – 2 posts
- Hindi Translator – 1 post
- VTS Operator – 6 posts
- Field Engineer (Electrical) – 4 posts
- Executive Assistant (Administration) – 1 post
- Executive Assistant (Mee) – 1 post
- Senior Executive – 1 post
- Executive (CSR) – 1 post
What should be the qualification?The educational qualification for these posts has been fixed according to the presence. For most of the technical posts, the candidate should have an engineering degree in the relevant subject. At the same time, a graduate or postgraduate degree in Hindi and English is required for the posts of Hindi Typist and Translator.
The age limit has also been decided according to the posts. The minimum age for some posts has been fixed from 25 years to a maximum of 44 years. Age relaxation will be given as per rules.

Pay scale and selection process
Candidates who are selected on these posts will get salary ranging from 35,000 to 80,000 per month. The salary will vary on the basis of post and merit.
Trade test, interview, experience and educational qualifications will be given importance in the selection process. At the same time, written examination can also be conducted if needed.
How to apply?
The application process will be completely offline. Candidates will have to fill the application in the prescribed format and send it to the fixed address along with the demanded documents. This form should reach the concerned department by July 22, 2025.
