There is great news for the youth preparing to become government teachers in Haryana. Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 1672 posts of Post Graduate Teacher Computer Science. Through this recruitment, vacant posts of Computer Science subject will be filled in government schools of the state. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the Commission, hpsc.gov.in.
Ability
For the post of PGT Computer Science, the candidate should have a degree in M.Sc Computer Science, MCA or BE/B.Tech Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT with at least 55 percent marks. Along with this, the candidate has passed Matriculation, 10+2, B.A. or M.A. Must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit subject at B level. It is also necessary for the candidate to pass Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) or STET exam.
age limit
The minimum age of the candidates applying for this recruitment has been fixed at 18 years and maximum age is 42 years. Relaxation in the maximum age limit will be given to reserved category candidates as per the rules of the state government.
How much will the application fee cost?
The application fee has been decided according to the category. General category and other remaining candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000. After this, the fee for some reserved category women candidates and DESM (dependents of ex-servicemen) candidates has been kept at Rs 250. Whereas PwBD candidates of Haryana will not have to pay any kind of application fee.
selection process
Candidates will be selected in this recruitment through three stages. First of all, a screening test will be conducted, through which eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage. After this, there will be a written test of subject knowledge, in which the candidate’s grip on the concerned subject will be tested. Interview will be taken in the final stage. Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance in all stages and recruitment will be given accordingly.
How much salary will you get?
Candidates selected in this recruitment will get an attractive pay scale ranging from Rs 47,600 to Rs 1,51,100. Apart from this, the candidate will also be given other allowances and facilities of the government.
