There is great news for the youth waiting for a government job. The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) has recruited the posts of Principal, TGT, PGT and non-teaching in Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) across the country.
A total of 7267 posts will be appointed under this recruitment. The application process has started from 19 September 2025 and its last date has been fixed on 23 October 2025. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website emrs.tribal.gov.in.
Various posts are included in this recruitment. Of these, 225 posts have been placed for Principal, 1460 posts for PGT, 3962 posts for TGT, 550 posts for women staff nurses, 635 posts for hostel warden, 61 posts for accountants, 228 posts for Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and 146 posts for lab attendant.
eligibility requirements
Educational qualification varies according to the posts. Master’s degree and B.Ed are required for the principal, post graduation and B.Ed are necessary for PGT. Graduate and B.Ed degree are required to apply to the post of TGT. BSc Nursing or Post Basic BSc Nursing for Women Staff Nurse, Graduate in any subject for hostel warden, BCom for Accountant, 12th pass for JSA and 10th or 12th (Science subject) for lab attendant.
Age limit
The age limit has also been fixed according to the hierarchy. The maximum age for some posts has been fixed at 30 years, 35 years for some, while for those who applied to the post of principal, a maximum age limit has been set. The age will be calculated as the basis of 23 October 2025. The reserved class will be given age discount as per rules.
How much application fee?
It is also necessary to submit the application fee. A fee of Rs 2500 has been fixed for the post of Principal, Rs 2000 for the post of PGT and TGT and Rs 1500 for non-teaching posts. At the same time, women candidates of SC, ST, PH and all category will have to pay only Rs 500 application fee to apply for any post.

The process of filling the form is easy. First go to the official website emrs.tribal.gov.in. Click on the link given on the homepage there and enter the new registration and enter your information. After the registration is completed, fill the remaining details by logging. After this, upload photos, signature and necessary documents and submit the fees. After submitting the application, take out a print and keep it with you.
