A shocking incident has come to light from Bengaluru. In Bengaluru, two people attacked a Zomato delivery boy near Shobha Theater in Bangalore just because he had taken the food late. On seeing this, a slight debate increased so much that the fight turned into a scuffle and the two youths attacked the delivery boy with a nearby chair and plastic container. The video of this entire incident has gone viral on social media. As soon as the video goes viral, people are showing their anger on social media and questioning the safety of Gig workers.

According to some media reports, on Sunday evening, when the delivery boy reached the Shobha theater with an order, the customers questioned him on late, but there was an argument between the delivery boy and the two youths. After this, the youth started threatening the delivery boy and the matter deteriorated in a few minutes. In the video, which is going viral on social media, it is clearly visible that amid the debate, a young man suddenly gets a plastic container kept nearby and hit the head of the delivery agent twice. After this, another young man picks up the chair nearby and attacks him. It is clearly visible in the video that one of the attackers was intoxicated and staggering. At the same time, the police reached the spot as soon as the information of the attack reached and recorded the statement of the delivery boy and both the accused. However, the shocking thing was that the delivery boy refused to file a complaint after which the FIR could not be done.

In fact, the delivery boy often has to face the anger of the customers due to lack of timely delivery and many times they also get threats. In such a situation, people are expressing anger on such customers on social media, who get their anger on the delivery boy when the delivery is late for a while.
