The picture that emerged after the defeat of Jubilee Hills by-election for Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in Telangana highlights the internal discord of the party. Telangana Awakening leader and MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha has given a big statement blaming this defeat directly on KTR (KT Rama Rao) and Harish Rao. Kavitha said that both these leaders claim themselves to be Krishna-Arjuna, but in reality they are shooting arrows at each other.
‘Party leaders embroiled in social media war’
MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha alleges that party leaders are embroiled in a social media war, while Congress is winning by working at the grassroots level. Kavitha also targeted many party leaders. He said, ‘My assets have remained the same since 2014, but everyone knows what leaders like Jagadish Reddy, Madan Reddy, Prashant Reddy and Niranjan Reddy had earlier and what they have now.
He also revealed that 15 independent candidates wanted to meet him and withdraw the elections, but when they went to Harish Rao, he refused to take their support. Kavitha asked KTR to leave social media and come to ground and Harish Rao should decide whether he is Krishna or Arjun and play the game straight.

Making the biggest allegation, he said that the situation will change only with the arrival of KCR, but KTR and Harish are blinding them by giving them wrong advice and promoting leaders instead of workers. Let us tell you that in the recently concluded Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election, Naveen Yadav of Congress has given a crushing defeat to BRS’s Mangti Sunita. Jubilee Hills assembly was considered a stronghold of BRS, but this time Congress won it.
