But later his career sank so much that no one could pick it up. One such actor is Jugal Hansraj, who worked in many projects as a child artist and made his mark but when he debuted, it was not what was expected. He has faced many rejections in his career. About which he has disclosed.

Jugal talked about his career in an interview given to Pinkvilla. He talks about the beginning of his career as a child actor in Shekhar Kapur’s Masoom and recalls his early projects, Jugal also talked about getting into adult roles, facing repeated rejections and facing the ups and downs of his career while going through difficult times in the Hindi film industry.

Got less work after debut

Jugal Hansraj told how there was a shortage of work after debuting as an adult actor with the film ‘Aa Gale Lag Jaa’ in 1994. He said, ‘This has been happening continuously in my career, because there was some commitment, but later the film was shelved. This happened with big producers of that time also. The actor told that this also happened with some films which he was going to direct. He further said, ‘When I was young, my heart was broken because of this. But I couldn’t be angry because no one was doing this intentionally. The situation was out of control. Then what can you do? You just move on.’

broke silence on difficult times

Jugal further said- ‘My support system was very strong. My family consisted of my parents and my elder brother. Now I only have my elder brother, but he still supports me constantly! I also had some friends who always encouraged me. So if you have a good support system and some understanding, then it is okay, otherwise it can affect you. Too much success can affect you and too much of it can also affect you. Therefore, I think it is best to consider both as a part of life and take them lightly.
