Kagiso Rabada recently admitted that he had used banned drugs. After which he was banned for a month. Now he has broken the silence on this matter before the World Test Championship final.

Rabada says that it is important to keep the whole thing openly in front of the players with whom he has been playing cricket for so long. Rabada told that he has already talked with the players. But when all the players join the South Africa team together, they will tell everything in details.

Rabada left the Gujarat team and returned to South Africa in the beach season itself. At that time it was told that he had left the team due to personal reasons. However, it was later revealed that due to the use of drugs, they are banned.

Rabada stated his decision to leave the IPL in between. He said, “They could have presented a challenge against the drugs dispute. But coming back home was the best option.” He said about the matter, “Every man’s different opinion can be on it and I can live with it.”

Rabada also publicly apologized after being drug positive. On this, Rabada said, “As you saw in my statement, some people must have been disappointed. I really apologize to those. I disappointed my closest people. But life goes on. But now I do not want to be an apology again and again.”

Rabada will now be seen playing for South Africa. He is part of South Africa’s World Test Championship Final team. The final match is to be played between South Africa and Australia. The final will start from June 11.
