The makers have announced its digital release date. According to which ‘Kalamkaval’ will start streaming on Sony Liv from January 16. The OTT platform shared the update along with a glimpse and a note that read, “Experience Mammootty in a crime thriller that goes deeper than crime, Kalamkaval starts streaming on Sony Liv from 16th January.” This film will be available in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

‘Kalamkaval’ performed brilliantly at the box office. According to SACNL data, the film had earned approximately Rs 81.9 crore worldwide. Its total collection in India was Rs 37.07 crore. Its gross collection in India was Rs 43.65 crore. Its overseas collection reached Rs 38.25 crore. With these figures the film was declared a superhit.
