Elder son performed the last rites
The last rites of Kamini Kaushal took place at the crematorium in Worli, where the atmosphere became emotional while bidding farewell to the actress. According to the report of news agency ANI, her elder son Vidhu performed the last rites as per Hindu customs. Two pet dogs also accompanied his family on his last journey.
No Bollywood celeb was included
Not a single Bollywood celeb attended the funeral of Kamini Kaushal. Everyone is shocked to see this. Celebs had shared posts for Kamini on social media but not a single person from the industry attended her last journey.
Anupam Kher paid tribute
Anupam Kher has shared a post on social media. He has expressed grief over Kamini’s demise. He wrote- ‘Kamini Kaushal ji was not only a great artist, but also a beautiful person. Whenever I met her, she always greeted me with a smile and love and always gave good advice. His name will be written in golden letters in the history of Indian films! Om Shanti!’
Kamini Kaushal has given many films in her film career in the 40s, 50s and 60s. People were crazy about his acting. He has worked with everyone from Dilip Kumar to Aamir Khan. Kamini Kaushal was last seen in the film Lal Singh Chaddha.
