A big statement from Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar has come amid voting for the first phase of Bihar assembly elections. He has appealed to the voters to celebrate the great festival of democracy with pomp and exercise their franchise.
Kanhaiya Kumar said, “The first responsibility of any citizen in a democracy is to participate in the Mahaparva (election). We appeal to all the voters of Bihar that the first phase of voting is going on. First, voting and then any other work.”
