The film has been released in theaters on 27 June where it is getting a tremendous response from the audience. Kannappa has created panic at the box office on the first day. According to the report by Second, Vishnu Manchu’s mythological film has collected Rs 9 crore on Opening Day. With this, the film has defeated Kajol’s mother and stars on the ground.
Kannappa has faced the horror film mother at the box office. Both films have been released on 27 June. While Kannappa has taken an opening of Rs 9 crore, the mother has earned half of it. Kajol’s film has collected only 4.50 crores on the first day. Kannappa has also defeated Aamir Khan’s stars on the ground. The star has collected a collection of Rs 6.50 crore on the land (second Friday).
