Kapil Sibal on Pahalgam Terror Attack: Senior advocate and Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal has given some important suggestions to the central government regarding the terror attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. The attack took place on April 22 in the Bisran Valley, in which 26 tourists lost their lives and more than 20 people were injured.
This attack is considered to be the most dangerous terrorist attack in India after the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Kapil Sibal said that a special session of Parliament should be called to discuss this serious incident.
Kapil Sibal said this
On the Pahalgam terror attack, senior advocate Kapil Sibal said, “I have some suggestions for the Prime Minister. A special session of Parliament should be called to discuss this issue and take suggestions from everyone. The country stands with him at this time.”
Kapil Sibal demands to declare Pakistan a ‘terrorist country’
Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal had earlier said that now Pakistan should consider not just a neighboring country but an organization which is spreading terrorism. He said that the Government of India should file a case against Pakistan in an international court so that the world will send a clear message that India will no longer ignore such terrorist attacks.
Sibal appealed to Home Minister Amit Shah to declare Pakistan a country to spread terrorism. He said that just as the case goes on a case against those who commit war crime, so should Pakistan also take strict action.
Kapil Sibal also mentioned the statement of Pakistan’s Army Chief Asim Munir in which he described Kashmir as a ‘nerve’. Sibal said that the attack in Basaron Valley of Pahalgam was not a common terrorist incident, but a completely thoughtful conspiracy.
