Some take years. It took me a year to write such ‘Rocky and Rani’s love story’. But ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ was completed in just 9 days.
How Karan got the inspiration of the film,
Karan further said that, the story of this film did not take much time. Because my heart was also broken. The story of one-sided love was easy to write, sometimes inspiration is easily found. So it takes time sometimes.

‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ was released in the year 2016. In the film, Ranbir Kapoor played the role of a heart -broken Ashil. Who loves Anushka Sharma and Anushka is someone else. Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai also had an entry in the film. The story of the film was quite interesting. After its release, it collected more than 113 crores in India. The film was the third highest grossing film of that year.
