Always take new challenge
He said- Kareena always training 1 hour or a little more. She performs 14-15 variations in this one hour. These high intesity interwells are done but are fully present there and are ready to take all kinds of challenge. It enjoys it.

Focus on diet
Kareena’s Weight Los Journey includes intelligence fasting and healthy diet with weight training. Their weight has increased from 67.5 to 64 kg and she is going to lose 2-3 kg in the next week. Mahesh further told that weight training is doing a very good job for him, and his strength is increasing.
