Recently, Karisma Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor’s children reached the court against stepmother Priya. Now Priya has claimed that Karishma’s children have already taken 1900 crores with the property of Sanjay.
The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to Sanjay Kapoor’s wife Priya Sachdev Kapoor and others while hearing the petition of Karishma Kapoor’s children Adhara Kapoor and Qian Raj Kapoor. The Delhi High Court has ordered everyone to file replies in two weeks. The next hearing of the case will be on 9 October. The court has ordered that Priya Sachdev Kapoor, movable related to the late Sanjay Kapoor and present the full details of immovable properties in the court.
Children put their side in court
On behalf of Karishma Kapoor’s children, Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani told the court that he was always told that Sanjay Kapoor has no will. Even the same thing was repeated in a meeting held at Taj Mansingh Hotel. But suddenly Shraddha Suri claimed that she had a will of Sanjay Kapoor. The lawyer in the court said- This will is neither registered nor its copy was given to the children. The most shocking thing is that in this will, children are completely excluded.
Priya Kapoor opposed the petition in court
Advocate Rajiv Nayyar, appearing on behalf of Priya Sachdeva, the third wife of late Sajya Kapoor in Delhi High Court, protested against the petition, saying that only six days before the trial, the petitioners have been given a property of Rs 1900 crore from the trust. They are beneficiaries under trust documents. The lawyer argued in the court and said that Priya is the last wife of the deceased Sanjay Kapoor and is accompanied by a 6 -year -old child. He made it clear that nothing is secret in the will and it will be shared before the court.
Sajya Kapoor’s mother Rani Kapoor argued in court
The lawyer of Sanjay Kapoor’s mother Rani Kapoor told the Delhi High Court that now he has nothing. They should have been part in the property of 10 thousand crores. Even shares worth Rs 500 crore have been sold from the gold comstar company, but no documents were shared with them.
Delhi High Court sought reply
The Delhi High Court, while hearing the case of the property dispute of the late Sajya Kapoor, has issued a notice to all the parties and sought a reply. The same Delhi High Court while hearing the case said that all documents related to property should be presented in the court. There will be a debate in the case on the next hearing.
