Nutritionist Nicole Linhares Kedia has told about Kiara Advani’s diet in a special conversation with Pinkvilla. He told that Kiara loves home food. She likes to eat clean food. The most extended in his diet was protein intake. Our goal was to make his body tone and lean muscles. Also, body fat was to be reduced. Because of which everything had to be measured.
It used to start the day
Kiara’s schedule was packed with training and hours of shoots but still she used to breakfast. His day started with protein pancakes. It was made of pancake oats flour, walnut flour and protein powder. She used to use fresh berries or homemade hazelnut butter to make it sweet. He used to get energy in starting the day from high-protein, fiber rich breakfast.
She used to eat in lunch and dinner
Kiara’s lunch and dinner were filled with flavors and nutrients. She used to eat many things like grilled chicken, chicken curry, baby patto, avocado in lunch and dinner. She used to keep her food light but there was more protein in it.
