According to a report by Pinkvilla, Kiccha Sudeep recently expressed his opinion in an interview regarding the collaboration between South and other film industries.
Kiccha Sudeep said, ‘Southern actors are doing cameos and small roles in films of other languages, but in return, actors from other industries never come forward to work in South films.’
Disappointed when things didn’t work out
Sudeep does not stop here, he further expressed his displeasure and disappointment over the collaboration between South and Bollywood and said, ‘I had also personally requested some artists but things did not work out.
This should happen with the cooperation of both parties but I do not see that happening right now. Even Shivrajkumar sir had acted in Jailer. This clearly shows how there should be mutual cooperation between other industries.
Sudeep gives importance to friendship
Sudeep further says that he gives more importance to friendship than money. He gave his opinion on working with Salman Khan in ‘Dabangg 3’. He said, ‘I did films in other languages for friendship and not for money.
He further said, ‘I worked in Dabangg 3 because Salman Bhai himself requested me. I did not take any fee for this. I also did Puli because of Thalapathy Vijay. He never speaks bad about anyone. I like this thing. But Nani’s script was such that it really impressed me.
