Kolkata Hotel Fire: A fierce fire broke out in a hotel in Kolkata. Due to this, 14 people died. A fire broke out on Tuesday night at the Rituraj Hotel located near Fisherman Falmandi in Bada Bazaar area of Kolkata. After the fire, the fire brigade car reached the spot and the fire was controlled. Kolkata Police Commissioner Manoj Kumar Verma reacted to the incident of fire.
According to ANI, about the fire incident, Kolkata Police Commissioner Manoj Kumar Verma said, “The fire incident took place around 8:15 pm on Tuesday night. So far 14 bodies have been recovered and many people have been saved by teams. The fire has been controlled and the rescue work has been controlled. The fire is going on. A special team has also been formed to investigate.
West Bengal Congress President Shubhankar Sarkar said, “This is a sad incident. There was no security arrangements from the government. I do not know what the government is doing.” Let us tell you that Kolkata Mayor Firhad Hakim has also reached the place of accident.
The cause of the fire could not be revealed yet. The fire in the hotel in Kolkata was so fierce that people jumped from the building to save their lives. However, during this time the team of fire brigade also played an important role. He reached the spot and saved many people.
