Actually, there was a dispute over the delay in giving the side of the BJP’s woman leader’s car to the BJP on the road. 4 thousand rupees were also recovered from the tribal farmer. The video of the beating of the farmer is going viral on social media. The name of the BJP leader is Jyoti Mahant. Local MLA Phool Singh Rathia expressed displeasure over the incident. The MLA has written a letter to the SP demanding legal action against the BJP leader.

Giving information about the case, Rampur MLA Phool Singh Rathia has written a complaint letter to the Superintendent of Police of Korba and demanded action against BJP woman leader Jyoti Mahant.
The MLA, while writing all the things in his letter, alleged that there is no fear of women leaders nor governance and administration.
He has written that indecency and assault was done by BJP leader Jyoti Mahant in Banki Mogra police station premises along with tribal farmer Balwan Singh Kanwar. Written in the letter, Korba district is a tribal dominated area. In which BJP leader Jyoti Mahan along with tribal farmer was brutally behaved by threatening to beat and kill her colleagues in the Banki Mongra Bana campus. Its video is going viral.

In the letter, he alleged that the incident took place in the police station premises. I am feeling hurt by such an incident with a tribal farmer in the presence of police administration. I am also a tribal MLA. I am very pained by this incident. In the past too, the leader Dr. Charandas Mahant has questioned the working style of Korba District Police Administration in the Assembly House, which today proves that BJP leaders have special rights from Vishnu Dev Sai government and district administration, which seems that BJP leader Jyoti Mahant does not have fear of governance nor administration.
He has appealed to the SP that action should be taken by registering a case against BJP leader Jyoti Mahant.
