Bihar News: A Korean citizen has been arrested from Raxaul of Indo-Nepal border. The team of Bihar Police and Immigration Department jointly took joint action on Sunday (May 18). The arrested man is named Kim Young Day, who was living in a hotel in Raxaul without a visa. After the information, the team took action and caught him. Today (Monday) will be sent to judicial custody.
It is said that his visa was finished in January 2021, after which he was illegally living here. According to the police, Kim Young Day came on a work visa in India. He was working as a project manager in the contract engineering private limited company in Tamil Nadu. On May 17, he came to Barauni Junction in Bihar from Tamil Nadu. Then reached Raxaul by taxi. He was preparing to return to South Korea via Nepal. An FIR has been lodged in Raxaul police station in this whole case.
Love to Manipur’s girl… a daughter
It has also been reported that during his stay in Tamil Nadu, the person implicated a girl from Manipur in his love through Facebook. After this, he started living in live-in from 2019. During this, there was a daughter in February 2023. The biggest mistake is that Korean citizens were living even after the end of visa in January 2021. He was also in touch with the broker for visa expansion. On the advice of a friend, he was preparing to go to Nepal via Raxaul.
In this whole case, SDPO Dhirendra Kumar of Raxaul said that a citizen of South Korea has been arrested from a hotel. During interrogation, it has been found that even after the visa ended in January 2021, he was living in Tamil Nadu. There is also a girl while living in Live Inn. Raxaul was caught when he was in the process of returning to South Korea from India to Nepal.
From him, South Korea passport, Aadhaar card of Indian origin, mobile phone, 80 Nepali notes of one thousand, 207 Indian notes of 500 etc.
