Haryana CM Naib Saini made a big announcement on Thursday (August 28). He said that Lado Lakshmi Yojana, which gives Rs 2100 to women every month, will be implemented from 25 September 2025. He said that today’s cabinet has taken its decision. CM said that on 25 September, it will be implemented on the occasion of Deendayal Upadhyay’s birth anniversary. CM said that an app will also be launched regarding the scheme in the coming six-seven days. With this help, eligible women will be able to sit at their home and apply forms from mobile.
Which women will not get the benefit of the scheme?
CM Saini said that 9 such schemes already run in which applicants are already getting the benefit of more than Rs 2100, those women will not get the benefit of this scheme. But if the stad three or four cancer victims suffering from 54 rare diseases and the applicants suffering from hemophilia, Thalassemia and Sikar Sale will get an additional Rs 2100 along with pension.
CM Saini said that the day a married or unmarried beneficiary will complete the age of 45 years, on that day he will be eligible for the financial assistance scheme to widow and destitute women. On the day the beneficiary woman will be 60 years old, on that day, she will become eligible for the automatic honor allowance pension scheme.
Who will be the eligible women?
- Women aged 23 or older will get the benefit of the scheme
- Both married and unmarried women will be eligible
- The first phase will include families whose income is less than Rs 1 lakh
- In the first phase, 19 to 20 lakh women will get the benefit of the scheme
- In the coming time it will be carried forward in a phased manner
- To take advantage of the scheme, it will be mandatory for unmarried or married applicant’s husband to be resident in Haryana for the last 15 years.
- There is no restriction on the number of women in a family
- If there are three eligible women in a family, then all three will get the benefit of the scheme
- Eligible women will get SMS to apply

CM Saini said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has told four pillars of developed India in which women have an important role. The central government is implementing new schemes to strengthen women. We had put our resolution letter in front of the public during the assembly elections. We consider it as the Gita for our government. We had also said during the assembly elections that the resolution letter is our God and Haryana has 2 crore 80 lakh people as God.
