Lahore Qalandars vs Quetta Gladiators Final 2025: The final match of Pakistan Super League season 10 was played on Sunday, 25 May between Quetta Gladiators and Lahore Kalandars. Batting first, Quetta scored a huge score of 201 runs. The title match went to the last over and Lahore won the match by 6 wickets with 1 ball remaining. The Lahore team became the champion under the captaincy of Shaheen Shah Afridi, this is his third PSL title.
Quetta Gladiators player Hassan Nawaz was adjudged the best player of the tournament, while Kusal Perera became the Player of the Match in the final. He had scored an unbeaten innings of 62 runs in 31 balls, with the help of which the team was able to achieve the target of 202. Earlier, the partnership between Muhammad Naeem (46) and Abdula Shafiq (41) gave the team a good start.
Faheem Ashraf proved to be the most expensive among Quetta’s bowlers, spending 49 runs in 3.5 overs. Khurram Shahzad also spent 46 runs from an economy of 11.50, Mohammad Aamir conceded 41 runs in 4 overs.
Shaheen Shah Afridi’s relative is a terrorist!
Lahore Kalandars captain Shaheen Shah was a relative terrorist of Afridi, who was killed by BSF. However, this relationship was not of him but his father -in -law and former Pakistani captain Shahid Afridi. He was a cousin of Shahid, a terrorist named Shakib, was the uncle of Shaheen’s wife.
Shakib was killed by BSF (Border Security Force) in an encounter in Anantnag on 7 September 2003. BSF described Shakib as Harkat-ul-Ansar’s battalion commander. It was also revealed that he seemed to be Shahid’s cousin. Then Afridi had said that the Pathan families are very spread in Pakistan and they have forgotten many of their cousins.

Lahore Kalandars received prize money on becoming champion
After winning the PSL title, Lahore Kalandars received US $ 5 lakh i.e. Rs 1.25 crore. Runner-up Quetta Gladiators received 2 lakh US dollars i.e. about Rs 1 crore 70 lakh.
