Land for job scam: RJD supremo Lalu Yadav’s difficulties in the land for job case seem to be increasing. According to the PTI report, official sources said that President Draupadi Draupadi Murmu has approved the RJD chief and former Union Minister Lalu Prasad in the alleged Land for Job (land) scam being investigated by ED.
Sources said that the President has given mandatory permission under Section 197 (1) of CRPC and Section 218 of BNSS, 2023. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed a charge sheet against the 76 -year -old Bihar Chief Minister, his son and former Deputy Chief Minister of the state Tejashwi Yadav and other family members in the money laundering case under the Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in August last year.
What are the allegations against Lalu Yadav?
Lalu Prasad Yadav is accused that he had taken land in the name of his family members and got financial benefits from the candidates from the candidates from the candidates in various zones of Group D in lieu of jobs.
