In all other cases related to land, people have to visit the Zonal Office. Now the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms has given great relief to diagnose the problem of common people. The department has started the helpline center in view of the problem of the people.
Sanjay Saraogi inaugurated the helpline center
Through this toll-free call center (18003456215), land related documents, departmental schemes, complaints and solutions will now be available to the people of the state at the same number. The helpline center has been inaugurated by Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Sanjay Saraogi at the CSC office in Danapur, Patna on Sunday. Inaugurating the first helpline center of the state, Minister Sanjay Saraogi said that this center will start for the common people from June 3 and will serve from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday.
The purpose of setting up this call center is to deliver revenue and land information to the citizens of rural and remote and ensure a time -bound solution to their complaints. He said that now people will not have to visit the offices. He said that there is a strong step towards making the digital mission of Bihar government successful at the ground level.
Additional Chief Secretary of the department present on the occasion, Deepak Kumar Singh said that subjects like revenue and land reform are complicated for the common people, but with the help of a trained call agent, this helpline will make it comfortable for the common citizens. For a long time, the need for this call center was felt, until the information of the schemes will not reach the last person, they will not become effective.
He said that the CSC network has access to every panchayat and this helpline will become a platform for more civil rights and digital awareness than an information center. Many major land related services will be available to the people at this helpline center. Among them, information will be found on topics like land related documents, filing-dismissal, Jamabandi, Mutation.
Guidelines to make citizens aware
This call center will provide information about departmental schemes and guidelines to make citizens aware. Complaint registration and solution will be assisted. You will get information about the status of your application. The main objective of the department is to solve their problem by connecting rural citizens through digital platforms.
