Lara Dutta Father Passes Away: Bollywood actress Lara Dutta has broken a mountain of sorrows. The actress’s father L.K. Dutta died at the age of 84. Lara Dutta’s father was a retired wing commander. Lara Dutta along with her husband Mahesh Bhupathi attended her father’s funeral in Mumbai on Saturday. Many videos are going viral from his father’s funeral on social media.
The reason for the death of Lara Dutta’s father has not been revealed at the moment and no official statement has been released by the family. Lara was seen in a simple white suit and Kolhapuri chappal at her father’s funeral. During this, the pain was clearly visible on the actress’s face.
Father’s birthday was celebrated two weeks ago
Lara Dutta gave father LK two weeks ago. Dutta’s 84th birthday was celebrated. The actress shared a post on her Instagram in which she told that on May 12, her father’s birthday was also the 25th anniversary to become Miss Universe. In the post, Lara wrote- ‘Yesterday was the ups and downs of emotions. May 12, an important day of my life! Not only my father’s birthday, but also the day of winning the title of Miss Universe 25 years ago! Time really passes.
The actress further wrote in the post- ‘Yesterday I worshiped to celebrate my father’s life. Knowing this well how delicate life is, it is important to confess the gifts given to us from the Universe and be grateful for them. Thank you for your love and together in the last 25 years.
Lara Dutta’s Workfront
Lara Dutta last appeared in the 2021 film Bell Bottom on the workfront. Now she is going to appear in Akshay Kumar’s most awaited film ‘Welcome to the Jungle’.
