Earlier on July 15, Allahabad High Court gave great relief to Yash Dayal. The court had said that there is no need for arrest and the case will be deeply considered. The High Court had made it clear that until the hearing is completed, no harassment action will be taken on the basis of FIR.
Allahabad High Court issued notice seeking response
During the hearing, the High Court sent notices to three parties. These included the victim, the Uttar Pradesh government and the SHO of Indirapuram police station in Ghaziabad. The court had asked everyone to file their reply within three weeks so that the whole matter can be considered in detail.

Now the matter will be heard by the Division Bench of Allahabad High Court. The bench of Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Abdul Shahid will consider it tomorrow.
