Due to the ongoing war between America, Israel and Iran, the shortage of gas and increase in prices is now affecting the pockets of those fasting in hotel restaurants during the holy month of Ramzan. In the month of Ramzan, hotels, dhabas and restaurants are buzzing at night in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh and fasting people are doing Sehri. But due to shortage of gas, the food of fasting people has also become expensive.
Hotel owners say that right now there is gas with which food is being cooked, but it cannot be said when gas will be available in the future. If the situation continues like this, the hotel may have to be closed. At present, those who have come here alone or with their families for Sehri, say that the gas shortage and price rise are directly impacting their food plates. The government should control this.
Returned after closing hotel in Delhi
A fasting person doing Sehri in Moradabad told that he had his own hotel in Delhi, but due to non-availability of commercial gas, he closed the hotel and came to Moradabad, and today he has come here to do Sehri, so the food is good here. But we cannot say how long it will be available because the shortage of gas is increasing everywhere. Customers say that food has become expensive, the war should stop otherwise the situation will keep getting worse.
Many hotels and restaurants closed
War is affecting every person. How many days will we be able to tolerate if the business has come to a halt? Many hotels and restaurants have also been closed. Be it women or men or youth, everyone is saying that the price of food on the plate is increasing. In such a situation, it is becoming difficult to eat food of one’s choice. The hotel operator says that despite booking, it is becoming difficult to get a commercial gas cylinder, whereas earlier the cylinder was available the next day itself, hence it is not known how long the hotel will be able to run.
