While taking school to school in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, the van driver has stirred up a case of cruelty with a 4 -year -old girl. The police have arrested the accused van driver Arif in this case. A case has also been registered against the school manager.
This incident is being reported on July 14, when the girl returned from the school van as usual, she looked quite upset. When the mother asked, she told the whole thing, after which the senses of the family members flew away. On finding out the case, the girl’s mother complained to the school manager but no action was taken by the school administration.
Van driver raped 4 year old girl
The victim family alleges that on the complaint, the accused van driver Arif asked the family to keep his mouth shut and threatened to disappear the innocent. After which the family lodged a complaint against the school manager and the van driver in the police station.
The victim’s mother has filed a case against the van driver against the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, rape, poxo, threatening and manager. The police have registered a complaint against both and arrested the accused van driver. Further legal action is being taken by the police.
Police engaged in investigating the case
The police have not been able to recover the school van yet. The van is being searched. The police suspect that perhaps the accused may have been doing such an act with the girls before. This angle is also being investigated against the accused. A police team will also gather information from the girl students from that van. Further legal action is being taken in this matter.
High Court raised questions on the officer who does not know English, State Election Commissioner and Chief Secretary summoned
