Lucknow: FIR registered against former MP Dhananjay Singh, action in land grabbing case

FIR has been registered against former MP Dhananjay Singh in Lucknow. An FIR has been registered against 10 unknown people including Vinay Singh, husband of block chief Mandvi Singh, his government gunner from Maharajganj of Jaunpur. A case has been registered against the former MP under serious sections including land grabbing, intimidation, SC-ST Act.

After registering an FIR in the matter, Sushant Golf City police station has started investigation. During the construction work, Vinay Singh had threatened the local people by taking the name of Dhananjay Singh. SHO Upendra Singh had filed an FIR against the victim’s side.

After the video went viral, FIR was registered against Dhananjay Singh, Vinay Singh. In this matter, SHO Upendra Singh was put on line. The video of block chief Mandvi Singh’s husband illegally occupying the road of Swastika City located in Sushant Golf City police station area of ​​Lucknow went viral and created a stir.

What is the whole matter?

This whole matter is about a house of 4500 square feet and the road behind it. Which was being occupied by Vinay Singh, husband of block chief Mandvi Singh. It is alleged that when the victim Ramu protested along with the local people, he beat him up and called Dhananjay. This entire incident happened on Tuesday (December 29).

The allegation is also that the victim Ramu son of Maiku Lal used caste related words and also hit him. Later, Kotwal Upendra Singh arrived and registered a case against the victim i.e. Ramu. After a complaint was made to the Police Commissioner and investigation, the Kotwal was removed and made to appear in line.

SP had posted a video threatening the MP

SP posted the threatening video of this matter and the video of threatening to talk to Dhananjay Singh. In this case, the police registered a case against former MP Dhananjay Singh, Vinay Singh and government gunner along with ten unidentified people under sections S-C ST, 191(2),191(3)190,115(2),352,351(3) 127(1),131,74,3(1)D,3(1).

After registering the FIR against the former MP, the police has started further action. Taking cognizance of the video, a case has been registered by the police.
