The most talked about star campaigner from NDA in the Bihar Assembly elections 2025 was Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. In just 10 days, he registered his presence in 31 assembly constituencies. Somewhere there was a public meeting, somewhere a road show and somewhere a street march. The special thing is that in many of the seats where Yogi Adityanath’s rallies or road shows were held, BJP is maintaining a strong lead.
CM Yogi started his campaign in Bihar from 16 October. After this, he held rallies for 10 consecutive days in different districts of Darbhanga, Gaya, Bhojpur, Saran, Mithila, Seemanchal and Magadh. His road show in Darbhanga was very much discussed, where the enthusiasm of the people was visible.
In this entire campaign, Yogi sought votes for 43 candidates of BJP, JDU, LJP (Ram Vilas), HAM and Rashtriya Lok Morcha and directly attacked the opposition in every rally.
Wherever Yogi Adityanath’s rally took place, BJP was ahead.
Where Yogi campaigned and in the current trends BJP is seen ahead.

Osama Shahab on Raghunathpur seat, Yogi magic did not work
However, in Raghunathpur seat, not BJP but RJD’s Osama Shahab is leading. He got 58,399 votes and his lead is 16,894. But the mention of this seat is important because Yogi Adityanath had made a scathing attack on Osama Shahab in his rally and called it a fight of “law and order versus crime politics”. His comment made a lot of headlines in the election field.
Yogi’s rallies made an impact in the elections
BJP leaders claim that the presence of Yogi Adityanath created a combination of Hindutva + development, due to which voters inclined towards NDA on a large scale. In many seats, where the competition was tough, the equations changed after Yogi’s entry and now BJP is in a strong lead in those areas.
Although it will be clear only after the final results how much impact it had, but looking at the crowd at the rallies and the voting trend, it definitely seems that Yogi Adityanath has proved to be one of the most effective star campaigners for Bihar NDA.
