BJP leader Pandurang Chillawa, father of Amol Chillawar, BJP corporator candidate for Rajura Municipality, Division 4 of Chandrapur district, and BJP leader Pandurang Chillawa have been accused of distributing Rs 500-500 notes to voters during voting.

A video of this has also gone viral. Congress leader Suraj Thackeray has complained about this to the election department. It is being told that this money was being distributed from the flour mill shed located behind the house of the Chillawar family.

Cash seized in Matheran

Cash worth Rs 5 lakh has been seized during the election process in Matheran municipal area of ​​Raigad district. Interrogation of the arrested youth is going on. The young man says that this is the hotel’s money, but Matheran police is investigating the matter in depth.

Doubt over distribution of money in Akola district

A debate took place between representatives of BJP and other candidates over suspicion of distribution of money in Akot in Akola district. The dispute escalated into a scuffle and the police intervened. The incident took place outside the polling booth of Municipal Council Urdu Senior Primary School near the bus stand of Akot city.

Representatives of opposition candidates alleged that money was being distributed outside the BJP booth. Akot city police has detained one person in this case. Cash worth Rs 50,000 was seized while distributing money to voters in Mahebub Nagar, Division 7 of Khamgaon town of Buldhana. Three people who distributed the money absconded. Along with the cash, a dummy ballot paper of BJP candidate Laxman Aylani was also found.
