She was active in BJP for nearly 20 years. In 2013, he was made a national spokesperson by the party, after which he continued to keep the party’s side firmly on the TV debates and public forums on behalf of the party.
However, in 2024, he broke away from the BJP and joined the Shiv Sena faction led by Eknath Shinde. It is believed that he took this political step after getting a ticket from Mumbai’s Mumbadevi assembly seat.

Shaina did her schooling from Queen Mary School in Mumbai and then took a degree in Political Science from St. Xavier’s College. He then did a diploma in fashion designing from New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology.
