Uddhav thackeray raj thackeray news: On Sunday (June 29), the Devendra Fadnavis cabinet quashed the government order on the ‘Tri-Language’ policy in the schools in Maharashtra amid increasing protest against the inclusion of Hindi language from the first grade. At the same time, the question is arising whether Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray will come together after this decision of the government.
In fact, Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena and Raj Thackeray’s MNS had announced to hold a big rally on July 5 against the decision of Mahayuti Sarkar’s Hindi language imperative. In which he also joined Congress, Sharad Pawar’s NCP and other Marathi parties. Now that the government has canceled this order, it is natural to raise questions on this rally.
What did Uddhav Thackeray say about the rally?
Explain that after the withdrawal of the order of the Three Language Policy by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Uddhav Thackeray announced that a Vijay rally will be taken out on 5 July. It is clear from his statement that the form of the rally to be held on July 5 will be changed, but the rally will not be canceled.
‘We opposed to imposing Hindi’
On withdrawing orders to make Hindi mandatory, Uddhav Thackeray said that the government has withdrawn the GR to thwart the unity of Marathi people. He further said that similar strength of Marathi Manush was seen during the United Maharashtra movement. Thackeray also said that Marathi Manush has taken a mature stance and we are not opposed to Hindi, but are opposed to imposing it.
‘Why should be united in times of crisis’
The former Chief Minister wondered why Marathi Manush should unite only during crisis. When the Marathi people remain united, the crisis will be averted. Amid discussion of reconciliation with his cousin Raj Thackeray’s party MNS, he said that this awakening of Marathi Manush should remain.
Marathi people are happy to see coming together- Raj Thackeray
On the other hand, after this decision of the government, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray said that it is a pleasure to see Marathi people coming together for the language. However, he did not clear the attitude towards the rally to be held on 5 July.
